Stock Market Investment – For The Rich Or The Poor?

Stock Market Investment

With some investments geared towards people of one financial status or another it seems only likely that the stock market would be included in this field with it only serving people that are already wealthy. However it is important to realize that the stock market is one investment tool that anyone can participate in. With stock market investments ranging from major purchases, to small purchases it is possible for anyone to be involved in a stock market investment.

If you are rich or financially well off you are no doubt able to notice that there are many stocks that are available that make great long term investments while other stocks are great for small investments. However, if you are less financially well off it is still possible to make money in the stock market. Because you must own many shares of stocks in a company in order to ever really see a profit you should look for very cheap stocks that are low priced but typically are much higher.

You can purchase these stocks for as little as $.10 each and purchase at least 10 0 shares. Once the shares rise in price you can sell a portion and keep a portion to recover your initial investment and reinvest your profit back into the stock market so that you can continue to grow your financial portfolio. This is a method of stock market investment that works very well for people who do not have a large amount to invest initially.

As you can imagine, if you are working with cheaper stocks you must be even more careful about selecting a stock that has a good track record. You do have some ability to gamble with cheap stocks since you are able to purchase quantities of 100 stocks for less than $50. However, watching your stock market investment is quite important so you can sell portions once the prices have raised enough to justify this.

As a personal example, I purchased a stock for $.29 cents each and I purchased 100 shares for a total price of $29.00. I watched and carefully monitored the prices of the stocks and purchased another 100 shares when the price rose to $.31 cents for a total price of $31.00. A short time later the stock prices rose to $1.59 each and I sold all 200 shares of my stocks. This allowed me to make a very nice profit on the stocks that I had purchased for around $50 total and netted a profit of over $100 for only a few months of holding the stocks.

This is the type of investment activity that is best if you are unable to afford to make large stock market investments at one time. By slowly and carefully learning your way around the stock market you can help increase your net worth and improve your overall financial state without putting your family finances at risk. As you can see stock market investments are great for anyone from the rick to the less financially stable investor who is looking to help fund their financial future.
